Q: Is the sourcing ethical and sustainable?
A: Yes. Ethical sourcing is at the core of our brand values. Most of our antler products are crafted from "Shed Antlers"—antlers naturally dropped by deer during their annual cycle. No animals are harmed in the process, allowing the spirit of the wilderness to be reclaimed sustainably.
Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: We offer a 2-hour window for order cancellations. Since each piece is made-to-order and we begin the preparation process shortly after purchase, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel. Once the handcrafting process begins, we are unable to accept cancellations.
Q: Why are there small cracks or "skin splitting" on the surface?
A: "Skin splitting" or fine surface fissures are natural characteristics of high-density antler. In fact, the denser and more mature the antler, the more likely these organic marks are to appear. They are not defects, but rather "birthmarks" of the material that prove its authenticity and structural integrity.
Q: Why does my item look slightly different from the photos?
A: Nature never repeats itself. Because we use organic materials, each bead possesses its own unique patina, density, and earthy tones. Additionally, the interplay of professional studio lighting and your screen settings may create slight variations. This uniqueness is the hallmark of a truly one-of-a-kind artisanal piece.

A: Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
