A: Yes. At GUXI, we only use genuine, earth-mined natural stones. Because they are products of nature, each stone carries its own unique inclusions and optical fire (such as the blue flash in Labradorite). No two pieces will ever be identical, making your jewelry truly one-of-a-kind.
Q: Do you offer custom design services?
A: Absolutely. We love bringing your visions to life. If you have a specific stone or a unique design idea in mind, please send us a reference image or a sketch via email. Our artisans will work closely with you to create a bespoke hand-woven masterpiece.
Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: We offer a 2-hour window for order cancellations. Since each piece is made-to-order and we begin the preparation process shortly after purchase, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel. Once the handcrafting process begins, we are unable to accept cancellations.
Q: Why does it take 2 weeks to ship my order?
A: Unlike mass-produced jewelry, every GUXI piece is hand-woven from scratch by our artisans. This intricate wire-wrapping process requires precision and patience to ensure the highest quality. We believe that true art takes time, and we thank you for your patience in waiting for a piece crafted specifically for you.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Q: How long will it take to get my orders?
A: It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

A: In general, there is no need to pay customs duties.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: We will send you a shipping email with the tracking no when we ship your order out. If you cannot track it, please reach out to us at support@theguxi.com with your order number and the details, and our customer service team will help you.
