For made to order items, we need around 2-4 weeks crafting time!

USPS: cost FREE on orders over $80 USD, Shipping Time 10-15 working days.

Standard shipping (3-7 business days) : $7.99 (less than $80.00)
Free shipping (3-7 business days): $0.00 (over $80.00)

 

Rest of World:

Standard Shipping: FREE shipping on orders over $80.00 otherwise $7.99 USD. Shipping Time 10-25 working days.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@theguxi.com. within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the handcrafting process is near completion and a shipping label is created, we may not be able to redirect the package.

Note: Shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so we cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that We will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
